Winaero Tweaker displays basic information about the system and components, works without installing it on your computer and is completely free.
The program allows you to completely disable the installation of Windows updates (it is impossible to do this by standard means of the system), activate the administrator account, disable the work of "Windows Protector", set the parameters for launching UWP applications, configure the type of shortcuts on the desktop (you can even disable the display of the icon with an arrow near the shortcut), and so on.
